Modern house with a cantilevered frame
A contemporary home built around a bold concrete frame: a deep overhang wrapping the upper floor, wide slabs cantilevered past the columns, and clean exposed concrete surfaces. Work like this leaves no room for error in shuttering, steel or levels.

Large residence on a landscaped estate
A large two-storey residence set back behind an open lawn, with a second structure rising on the same estate. Bigger plots bring longer spans, more columns and more coordination on site. The structure has to be just as precise as on a tight city plot.

From the foundation up
Raft foundation, ready for concrete
A deep excavation on a tight urban plot, with the raft reinforcement laid and the column cages standing in position. The concrete mixer waits at the ramp. Every bar you see here is buried for the life of the building, which is why we check it before a single bag of cement is opened.
